USDTL Compliance Statement

This test was developed and its performance characteristics determined by USDTL. It has not been cleared or approved by the FDA. The laboratory is regulated under CLIA as qualified to perform high-complexity testing. This test is used for forensic purposes. It should not be regarded as investigational or for research.

Specimen analysis begins when a sample is received at the laboratory.  The ‘received’ date and ‘report date’ encompass the dates of laboratory testing, with rare exceptions.  To provide simple, easy to read lab reports, additional dates of analysis are not included.  More information on specific dates of analysis can be provided upon request.
