Water Main Break

Severely cold weather in Chicago has caused a city water main break, affecting our water supply. The city was not able to repair the break until 3 pm CT. We apologize for the inconvenience, as this delays processing and reporting results by about a day.
As always, we will do our best to process specimens quickly and send reports immediately. If you need to contact us, you can email us at clientservices@usdtl.com. We have staff who will check that email throughout the day.
