James R. Lesch, MBA, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Jame R. Lesch joined USDTL in 2018 after 30 years in various senior financial and accounting roles with leading global companies. He has expertise in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and accounting. Prior to USDTL, he worked at Dell, Accenture, and the accounting firm Grant Thornton where he focused on middle-market clients. He has a BA degree from Northwestern University in Economics and later earned a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Chicago, where he specialized in corporate finance. At USDTL, Mr. Lesch manages the company’s Accounting, Human Resources, Procurement, and Business Operations.
